You’ve got the love

I hardly need another reason to love Italy even more than I do. But they’re there all the time.

Aw, lovely photo, Janine. Who wouldn’t love to have her hand held, rounding the turn of this steep little street with so much character in its brick and stucco, wood, wrought iron, and arches? Hope you are hugged by it all. Ciao! ~ Lily

we were always amazed by the empty streets at lunchtime, often it felt like we were the only ones in the town. At first it was unnerving until we got into the rhythm of Italy and stopped thinking we should be shopping between 12 and 3pm, xxx

Absolutely Lisa. The rhythm of life is still felt here in Umbria. I love that the days are stretched right out. Italians have a knack for making the most of every moment. Bacio. xxx
