Robyn, the factory IS still there, just outside Perugia proper in San Sisto. I’ve visited a few times now with Marabella…. There’s a museum and a chocolate school and some gorgeous vintage chocolate boxes from times more romantic than our own…. It all holds a special place in my heart. But that’s only half the story.
I love that you have such fond memories of Perugia. We’ll see one another there one day soon I know! xx
